Buildings in industrial environment require building materials with improved corrosion resistance. ArcelorMittal offers a large palette of products and aspects specialy designed for cassettes in corrosive conditions.
Steel grade, dimensions and zinc coating mass must be selected according to the construction regulations (European and country standards). Our thickness range covers the usual cassettes thickness range (1.2mm and above). For organic coatings, we recommend a substrate with a zinc layer of minimum 275g/sqm (or equivalent) in order to protect the cut edges.
